TERMS OF PURCHASE

By making a purchase from or otherwise using our store (Webstore), you agree to all of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to the below Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.

SHOPIFY TERMS

This Webstore utilizes Shopify and Shopify Payments for transactions. Please review Shopify’s terms and conditions before completing a purchase.

GENERAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, Vaharas LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Vaharas LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Vaharas LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charged price.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase, including any shipping fees. You understand that NO refunds will be granted, unless the signing is canceled or the order otherwise can not be fulfilled by Vaharas Collectibles. In such an event all purchase and shipping fees will be refunded for canceled items.

COMBINED ORDERS

By placing an order with Vaharas Collectibles, you understand and accept that orders will be shipped when all items in an order are available. This means that if you are ordering an in-stock and pre-order item together, the in-stock item will not ship until the pre-order item is ready to ship with it; or if you order items from multiple signings together, your item(s) from the earlier signing(s) will not ship until the final signing is complete. If you would like to receive your items as they are ready to ship, please place separate orders for each item.

NON-GUARANTEE OF PERSONALIZATION

You understand and accept that unless otherwise noted, personalization requests are not guaranteed. While we will endeavor to fulfill all reasonable personalization requests, Vaharas Collectibles or the signing talent may refuse any personalization request for any reason.

MISTAKES AND ERRORS ON SIGNED ITEMS

You understand and accept that mistakes such as spelling errors, smudges, creases, placement and color errors can happen and you will not hold Vaharas LLC or any signing talent liable for any mistakes that happen. You agree to release Vaharas LLC of any and all liability associated with any signing or purchase of a signed item.

DAMAGED ITEMS & OTHER ISSUES

Unless otherwise noted on a listing, all items sold by Vaharas Collectibles are sold and shipped in new and undamaged condition.

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged in transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier in order to receive a resolution. Please also contact Vaharas Collectibles as we may be able to facilitate a resolution such as securing a replacement item to be sold at your or the shipping carriers’ expense.

You should inspect your items promptly upon receiving them to ensure your items are not damaged. Many carriers have a limited time frame to file a claim. Additionally, the sooner you contact us the more likely we are to have a replacement item in stock. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

All items are inspected and packaged with care by our staff. If you believe an error has occurred in packaging (such as a wrong item received), please contact us immediately.

CANCELLATIONS

Any signing cancelled by Vaharas Collectibles or the signing talent for any reason will result in a 100% refund of the purchase price. All customer cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, please only place an order if you intend on keeping it. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Vaharas Collectibles cancels your order prior to shipment.

RETURNS

Vaharas collectibles does not accept returns nor do we accept routine order cancelations. Refunds will not be granted for either. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us for any reason that the shipping carrier states we will contact you to offer you a new shipment with additional postage payment by you. If you decline this option, in some instances we may offer you a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking/refund fee. Please note that personalized items may not be eligible for any refund amount. Further, if we do not receive a reply from you regarding re-shipment or forfeit of returned items, you may incur a storage fee for items we must store for 1+ month past the date that we they were returned to us. Please ensure you input accurate shipping information when making a purchase. Do not refuse delivery of a package, you will not be refunded.

SIGNING TIMELINE

You understand and accept that, unless otherwise noted, signed items are sold on a pre-order basis and will not be shipped until the signing is complete. Signings may occur as one event, or may take place over multiple dates for any signing talent. Signing updates will be sent via email, and major updates will also be posted to our site and social media pages. Please note that just because a signing with a particular signing Talent has occurred, does not guarantee that the signing of your item has yet occurred. By purchasing from Vaharas Collectibles, you agree that you will not receive your item until the applicable signing event has completed. Please also note that after the completion of any signing, signed items must arrive back to us from the signing talent and be packaged before they will be sent to you, therefore your item may not ship immediately after completion of the signing. Further, you agree that Vaharas Collectibles and the signing talent do not guarantee any specific signing date and thus can not guarantee that your item will ship or arrive to you on or by any specific date. You may inquire for status updates on your order by contacting us. Any status or timing update provided by us via email or on our site or social media pages only acts as an informational update and is not a guarantee of timing. Vaharas Collectibles and the signing talent may change the signing date or other elements of this timeline at any time.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy [link].
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

By making a purchase from Vaharas Collectibles, you agree to receive emails with order and shipping updates. You may also sign up to receive other emails from Vaharas Collectibles and Vaharas LLC. If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, you may do so by clicking the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any Vaharas Collectibles email, or by contacting us via our contact us page. You may not opt out of emails containing order and shipping updates until your order is completed or canceled.
