SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, Vaharas Collectibles utilizes The United States Postal Service (USPS) as a shipping carrier. By purchasing an order from Vaharas Collectibles, you agree to USPS terms and policies, which can be found via usps.com.

 

Vaharas LLC is not responsible for a package once it is dropped with or picked up by the carrier. If your package is lost or you have not received delivery, please call USPS at (800) 275-8777 or visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm on how to file a claim. If your package does NOT get delivered but has a tracking number, Vaharas LLC. will not be held responsible for non-delivered packages. You are using USPS at your own risk. If you would like another shipping option or carrier at a greater expense to you, please contact us and we can discuss what options may be available for you.

Please note that packages are not always scanned upon delivery, or at stops prior to delivery. As such, tracking information does not always accurately represent the current location of a package. Vaharas LLC is not responsible for the shipping carrier’s treatment or handling of packages in their care, including the accuracy of their tracking information. We do not offer refunds for lost or undelivered packages, or packages that are delivered outside of the time-frame listed on the carrier’s tracking information.

At this time, our store can only ship to addresses in the United States.

 

SIGNING TIMES (AND THE SHIPMENT OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS)

Unless otherwise noted, signed items are sold on a pre-order basis and will not be shipped until the signing is complete. Signings may occur as one event, or may take place over multiple dates for any signing talent. Signing updates will be sent via email, and major updates will also be posted to our site and social media pages. Please note that just because a signing with a particular signing Talent has occurred, does not guarantee that the signing of your item has yet occurred. By purchasing from Vaharas Collectibles, you agree that you will not receive your item until the applicable signing event has completed. Please also note that after the completion of any signing, signed items must arrive back to us from the signing talent and be packaged before they will be sent to you, therefore your item may not ship immediately after completion of the signing. Further, you agree that Vaharas Collectibles and the signing talent do not guarantee any specific signing date and thus can not guarantee that your item will ship or arrive to you on or by any specific date. You may inquire for status updates on your order by contacting us. Any status or timing update provided by us via email or on our site or social media pages only acts as an informational update and is not a guarantee of timing. Vaharas Collectibles and the signing talent may change the signing date or other elements of this timeline at any time. Shipping time estimates listed at checkout are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date an order is placed.

SHIPPING OF IN STOCK ITEMS

Once an item or order is in stock, shipment normally occurs within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders on in-stock items placed on or near a holiday may be subject to slightly extended processing or shipping times.

 

Keep an eye on the email address you used to place your order - once your order ships, you should receive an email notification which includes tracking information for your package. This email may not arrive immediately after shipment. If you believe your order has shipped and you have not received tracking information, feel free to contact us.

 

COMBINED ORDERS

Orders will be shipped when all items in an order are available. This means that if you are ordering an in-stock and pre-order item together, the in-stock item will not ship until the pre-order item is ready to ship with it; or if you order items from multiple signings together, your item(s) from the earlier signing(s) will not ship until the final signing is complete. If you would like to receive your items as they are ready to ship, please place separate orders for each item.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged in transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier in order to receive a resolution. Please also contact Vaharas Collectibles as we may be able to facilitate a resolution such as securing a replacement item to be sold at your or the shipping carriers’ expense.

You should inspect your items promptly upon receiving them to ensure your items are not damaged. Many carriers have a limited time frame to file a claim. Please contact us and the carrier immediately.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us for any reason that the shipping carrier states we will contact you to offer you a new shipment with additional postage payment by you. If you decline this option, in some instances we may offer you a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking/refund fee. Please note that personalized items may not be eligible for any refund amount. Further, if we do not receive a reply from you regarding re-shipment or forfeit of returned items, you may incur a storage fee for items we must store for 1+ month past the date that we they were returned to us. Please ensure you input accurate shipping information when making a purchase. Do not refuse delivery of a package, you will not be refunded.

 

COVID SHIPPING NOTICE

Processing and shipping times may be longer than usual at this time. While we will endeavor to fulfill your order in a regular time frame, delays may occur due to increased safety precautions. Additionally, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays at this time, which may impact the arrival date of your order.
