REFUND POLICY

All sales are final, as such we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed sales.

Please be aware that many of our items are sold on a pre-order basis. We do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates for items and we do not offer refunds for items or orders arriving later than you hoped or expected.

 

Personalized items may not be returned or replaced. As personalization is not guaranteed, we do not offer refunds for missing or inaccurate personalization. If an item is listed as damaged, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or refunds due to damage. 

 

We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a promotion or sale.

 

We do not automatically refund orders that are returned to us without prior authorization. Do not refuse delivery of a package, you will not be refunded. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on “Return to Sender” packages.

 

We do not accept routine order cancelations or offer refunds on unauthorized order cancelations.

 

In the event that Vaharas Collectibles initiates the cancelation of an unfulfilled order, this will result in a 100% refund of the purchase price for said canceled order(s). Refunds will be issued to the method of purchase.

 

All customer cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, please only place an order if you intend on keeping it. If a customer initiates an unauthorized cancelation, this fee may be added to the original purchase amount of their order. If Vaharas Collectibles authorizes a cancelation, the refund for that purchase will be subject to the withholding of this fee.

 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Vaharas Collectibles cancels your order prior to shipment.

 

 

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier for a resolution. We do not offer refunds on packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. Many carriers have a limited time frame to file a claim, please review the carrier policy for further details. All items are inspected and packaged with care by our staff, so a wrong or damaged item being sent is unlikely. However, if you believe an item was sent in damaged condition, or that there was an error in your shipment, please contact us so we can assist you.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item, a damaged item, or your order has been damaged by the carrier. To receive assistance from Vaharas Collectibles/ Vaharas LLC, you must contact us within 30 days of shipment.
